IPH has been involved in corporate training programs since 1992. The uniqueness of IPH's training has been lent by the solid background of all its team members in mental health and psychology. The team members, other than conducting training programs, have also always been involved in assessing and counseling individuals which gives them a feel of people from various milieus and how mental health issues manifest in them. In the year 2007, Elegance - corporate assessment and training initiative was started at IPH to give comprehensive thrust to the services rendered by IPH.
