The ability to take up challenges of handling real life and practical problems, nanoseconds after completing the syllabi, has become a reasonable expectation. This is in sharp contrast with the academic world where theoretical learning is often the only tool available. IPH, since its beginning, has been focusing on a balanced approach of theory and practical teaching. Aakalan - the learning centre of IPH, is a proactive effort to put into a formal structure, the teaching initiatives of IPH.
The faculty of IPH consists of psychiatrists, Behavioral Pediatrician, Clinical Psychologists (4 are Ph.D.s in Clinical Psychology), Counseling Psychologists, & many other professionals (for detailed list, please check link Team/ professionals). IPH can boast of being the only NGO with such an accomplished Faculty.
