Corporate: Under the aegis of "Elegance", IPH offers various training programs along with services of Psychometric assessments.

Community: IPH is active in taking community level programs to reach out to the community at large through various programs which include

• VEDH: Vocational Education: Direction & Harmony - Held yearly
• Manovikas: A community program taken by Volunteers to give basic information on mental health in an attempt to de-stigmatize Mental Health at the community level while reaching out to people.
• Jidnyasa: An outreach program for adolescents which is held at over 500 schools, to help educate children on various topics which enhances development and reduces delinquency amongst them.
• Annual Game show: Every year IPH hosts game show on different topics of mental health which is very popular.
• Dwij Puraskar: This award is the first of its kind in Asia, initiated in collaboration with USV pharma, by IPH . This award is very special as it acknowledges people who have shown grit and determination to fight mental illness and also those who have been very committed to help them. From the year 2010, Galaxy Surfactants also have committed to honor 3 more people.

Professional Training: Maintaining the belief that knowledge needs to be shared in order for it grow, under aegis of "Akalan" training of professionals, students and interested people on different aspects of Psychological Assessments, Counseling skills, REBT - Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and communication skills for practicing professional etc are conducted both in house and at the clients place (colleges, conferences etc)

Products and Publication: : IPH publishes a news letter - Manas every quarter. Apart from this, to help reach out to a wider audience, IPH produces DVDs, CDs of different events that are conducted through the year and also on interesting topics such as - Exam Tension, effective parenting, Stress management etc which are available for sale.
