Dr. Anand Nadkarni – is a psychiatrist by profession and he along with others visualized this laboratory in mental health while he was doing his post graduation in psychiatry. Working with this dream for more than two decades, he is today managing trustee of the institute.
Dr. Shubha Thatte – is a senior Clinical psychologist and has been a mentor for Dr. Anand since his early years in Psychiatry. An Accomplished clinician, systematic researcher and inspiring person, Dr. Thatte today is the principal adviser behind all the activities of IPH
Dr. Anuradha Sovani – is a university teacher in Psychology who did her doctoral work under Dr. Thatte. She has been a part of IPH dream since its inception and has been contributing to IPH by coordinating research and advocacy efforts.
Dr. Shyam Kanbur – is a senior Gynecologist in from Thane city who was instrumental in providing IPH space in his hospital during early days of IPH and has been a supporter of the cause of mental health. He is the chairman of the trust and is a source of energy to all in spite of being in early eighties.
Mr. Shashank Rasal – is working as an executive in a cement company. He has been a college friend of Dr. Anand and has been a trustee since the inception of the trust.
Dr. Mahesh Barve - An anesthesiologist by profession is a classmate of Dr. Anand and has stood by IPH through all the good & bad days.
Adv. Prashant Panchakshari - is a practicing advocate with strong philanthropic inclinations. He too has stood by IPH through all the good & bad days. Today he works for the trust in his capacity as a troubleshooter, event manager, maintenance manager and a fund raiser.
Mr. Subhash Palkar, retired Vice President from a famous corporate house came to IPH as a parent seeking guidance for his daughter eighteen years back. His association deepened and he started working as a volunteer first, then as a coordinator and then as a trustee.
Mr. Suhas Palekar an experienced professional from corporate field has been a great support to Dr. Anand since 25yrs. His career at Industrial House of Godrej coincided with early days of IPH. He was instrumental in garnishing early support when IPH was both new and naïve.
Adv. Narayan Rajadhyaksha – heads a law institute in Mumbai and is a schoolmate of Dr. Anand. He has been with IPH through its entire journey but was recently inducted as a trustee.
Mr. Subhash Kabadi An entrepreneur from food industry has been a longtime well wisher of IPH activities. It was his persuasion that let to the association with developer Sudhir Ambhavane, culminating in the building project that is now home for IPH.
